Long time creative leader brings unique talents to digital agency

Digital agency FRWD names Grant Eull new Creative Director. Eull’s hybrid skillset of art direction, user experience design and development as well as his passion for compelling ideas and exceptional visuals provides the perfect mix to lead FRWD’s existing creative team.

“Grant understands the power of combining great messaging and great story telling with the right method, using real time data and the latest technology,” says John Grudnowski, FRWD CEO and founder. “Grant is sure to elevate our creative work and build on his already proven track record.”

With over fifteen years in the creative community, Eull has led digital creative projects for clients such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Como Zoo, Fulton Brewing, Family Channel, Hormel Bacon, Manhattan Toy, Minnesota State Lottery, the Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Vikings, SPAM, and Wells Fargo.

Previously, Eull was Creative Director at Pixel Farm where he helped execute campaigns across all digital tactics for 3M, Carlson, International Market Square and Lund Boats. Prior to Pixel Farm, he was Senior Art Director at BBDO and Colle+McVoy.

“I like that FRWD builds and scales things based on what actually works versus what has been presented in a conference room,” says Eull. “Testing in the real world is a smart way to work that quickly achieves results.”

Eull will focus immediately on existing FRWD clients including Cameron’s Coffee, Warheads and Tyson to develop online personas, videos and other creative elements.

In addition, Eull is acting FRWD supervisor for The BrandLab’s summer internship program. In the past he served as Co-chair for Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association’s Higher Education Committee and mentor for students at the University of Minnesota College of Design. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Brainco, the School of Advertising and the University of Minnesota College of Design.
